Making a Payment in Populi Student Portal

Overview: These instructions will walk you through the steps you need to make a payment directly into your student portal. These payments can be applied only to your student account balance, not other book charges, unless you are paying off a posted balance toward a book voucher. You can also setup a payment plan.

Step 1: Open a web browser and navigate to the MyCBS student portal. my.cbshouston.edu 

Step 2: Login to MyCBS using your CBS Microsoft account username and password. For help logging into your CBS Microsoft account please see the following article: https://link.cbshouston.edu/how-to-login-to-microsoft 

Step 3: Click on MyRecords. Select your profile, then click on Financial.

Step 4: Click on Make a Payment .

Step 5: Fill out this form with the required information. 

Step 6: Fill out the debit/Credit Card information and Pay Now.
